Hosting su server ContactOffice
Questo è il cosiddetto modello Cloud. ContactOffice si assume la piena responsabilità della disponibilità del servizio e gestisce i server, il monitoraggio e i back-up. Il cliente beneficia di uno SLA (Service Level Agreement). Questo modello è conveniente perché l'hardware e i servizi sono condivisi da tutti i clienti di ContactOffice.
I vostri dati sono ospitati da una società europea su server situati in Europa: la loro riservatezza è quindi garantita.
Hosting su server del cliente sotto la sua responsabilità
Questo modello è chiamato licenza. Ospitate ContactOffice nel vostro centro dati. Vi occupate dei server, della larghezza di banda, del personale tecnico, ecc. ContactOffice può assistervi nella configurazione, nel ridimensionamento e nell'aggiornamento dell'infrastruttura.
In questa modalità, pagate un costo di installazione e una licenza annuale (basata sul numero di utenti). Su richiesta, ContactOffice può assistere nella gestione dei server.
Il modello di licenza ha senso solo a partire da un migliaio di utenti e per i clienti tecnicamente in grado di ospitare i server.
